Builder/Associate Membership
SNBA dues for 2007 are $495 plus a $25 one-time processing fee for new members. Your membership automatically includes membership in the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Brochure (revised 12/2006)

Affiliate Membership Now Available!
Many of our member businesses would like to have more than one representative in the builder's association but cannot justify paying for more than one full membership. Perhaps you have several locations but it is cost-prohibitive to have each location represented. To address this long-standing issue, the SNBA has amended its membership by-laws to offer affiliate memberships for only $88 annually. Affiliate memberships are available to any employee of a builder or associate member of the SNBA, or any licensed Realtor® whose real estate license is affiliated with a licensed real estate broker who is a builder or associate member of the SNBA: who is a member in good standing and of good character and business reputation, shall be eligible to be an Affiliated Member at a dues rate as specified by the Association's Board of Directors.

Affiliate members receive the same privileges and opportunities as their full members, including voting rights and the ability to hold elected offices in the association. We hope this membership change will encourage those member companies with larger staffs or several locations to increase their participation level. Please contact the SNBA for a revised membership application.
